City Bank Mortgage

We couldn't have been happier with Brenda Williams and her colleagues.  They were professional, returned calls/emails in a timely manner, they were friendly and patiently answered every question.  Their documentation was excellent.  Not being familiar with the forms, I couldn't always find what I was looking for, and everyone I dealt with (Brenda, Joy, Ginger) was happy to explain the forms, the figures, and the process.  I called other mortgage professionals to compare interest rates, fees and so forth and found that City Bank Mortgage was competitive in every arena.  I also found that many lenders were lax about returning phone calls/emails which made it difficult to obtain comparative interest rates on the same day and made me think twice about what it would be like to do business with them.  That was NEVER a problem with anyone at City Bank Mortgage.  Everyone was cordial, they were focused and quick to respond to phone calls & emails.  They didn't miss a trick.  They kept everything on track and we closed on the date we were supposed to close on.  

They are excellent.  They are very professional.  They really know what they are doing.  They put patient s care first.  Their office staff is excellent.  They have re-did their office recently and it is beautiful.  We will continue to use them in the future.

He has two different offices and he is terrific. They are both highly skilled and they really know what they are doing. They are both very caring individuals.
