It started out OK but turned into a nighmare, and after several weeks I could see that I should just try to get them to finish as much as theywould do and complete the rest and never use them again.

Our worker came at 9:45 and immediately got to work. He worked straight from the time he got started until he was finished. He did not rush through anything. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. When he took out the the sheetrock above our door, he noticed rotted wood and immediately called me into the room to look at the problem and bring it to my attention. After further investigation, he noticed that it was a problem that was no longer a threat to my house. It looked like termite damage, but he investigated thoroughly to see if there were any bugs or recent damage. After consulting with me and my husband, he continued with replacing the door. Unfortunately, a thunderstorm came, but he worked right through it and even apologized that our siding got a little dirty due to the rain even though it was out of his control. I also noticed him constantly sweeping up sheetrock dust and any other debris that was in the area. He even brought his own broom! All in all, he was efficient, thorough, went above and beyond and consulted with me and my husband if he had any questions or concerns. I was a little concerned that the cost might be over what we were expecting since no one came out to look at the door before giving us an estimate. We did tell him everything that we knew, such as having siding and the door sizes, but every other company wanted to look at it. So I have to admit I was a little worried. However, they sent us a bill an I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a little less than estimated. Our worker also did not leave until we were satisfied. I will definitely use this company again-and in fact I am!!

Both jobs went great. Only delay was on my shop due to rain stopping the project. Once the rain stopped, they returned and completed the job.
