Communication/Timing issue with workers, therefore, they had to come back a second day to complete the work. On the follow-up day, we were supposed to be 1st on the list but were not. The owner corrected the timing issue immediately and the work was completed, I had to reschedule several things for that day. I would still highly recommend the company because they are kind, considerate and understanding about "your schedule and needs" and they will get the work done!

The response was wonderful and they made me feel like I was priority and treated us with the utmost respect. And the best part was Tim the owner of the company was there to make sure everything went smoothly. He has a great company and I will use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone I know. A large tree crashed into my car last night during the storm. I contacted the company this morning, and despite 24 other calls, they were out here by noon. The work was done in no time, the gentlemen who did the work were very nice, and I appreciated the clean-up.

It was easy working with the owner of the company. We told him what we wanted done, but he didn't show up along with his workers when the work was done. The workers had limited English skills, so it was difficult communicating with them. The work was mostly done as we had asked.

Very professional worked even in the rain, if things don't look to right they will fix it. Job well done.
