Repair was completed in the same day, though I opted to pick up the bicycle the following day, which was absolutely no problem. Asked me if I needed help putting it in the car, which I did. Being respectful of the car and bike he removed the front wheel so the handlebars would not cause a problem and showed/explained to me just how to put the front wheel back on after returning home. Even said to call if we had a problem putting the front wheel back on; which went on just as he said. Will definitely use them again. Great and positive service. Oh, and they have a cute little dog named Sparky that is very friendly. We hit it right off.
