It went very well. The staff, especially Tiffany, was very patient with my questions and letting me get in and out of the tubs on the showroom floor. They even researched and found a perfect solution for the tub water getting cold - bask heating in a Kohler tub! The grades that are less than an A may be due to a horrible lack of communication with Mariott (Cheryl F) and this business.
Description of Work: As part of a remodel job with Mariott, The Bath and Kitchen Showplace provided our tub, sinks, faucets and bath hardware. Many of the costs are buried in the remodel contract (hence the $0.00), but the A for costs is for the occasional quote on an item. However, I don't think those prices are for anyone off the street.
