It went very well. The staff, especially Tiffany, was very patient with my questions and letting me get in and out of the tubs on the showroom floor. They even researched and found a perfect solution for the tub water getting cold - bask heating in a Kohler tub! The grades that are less than an A may be due to a horrible lack of communication with Mariott (Cheryl F) and this business.
