America's Choice Roofing

I would definitely not recommend Americas Choice Roofing for multiple reasons. Around September of 2017 I paid them $2,884.00 to fix a few leaks in my roof and repaint some water damages areas. We had two fairly large leaks in our dining room on the first floor (2 floor home) and in our garage. After they repaired, it was a while before it rained very hard. A few months later I started to see some small wet spots, but not very much. Over the last few months it has been raining a bit more and the spots they repaired looked almost as bad as when they first repaired them. I called Hannah and she came to our home and informed us that they did do a lot of repair work, but what they fixed was apparently not the issue and I had the choice to pay them to come back and fix it or get another company. Then she offered for me to speak to the general manager, Mike, who came to my home with and offered to fix the issues, but would need to charge me. I explained to them that they did not fix the repairs I paid for, but the conversation just kept on going in circles. Finally I spoke with Gary, the owner, who informed me that they do their best to make the repairs, but, it was a "crap shoot" to actually fix the problem and that if I wanted the repairs I would have to pay for them to come back or get another company to fix it. I have had two separate companies come out and look at the damaged areas and it looks like I am going to have to pay another $1,500.00 for repairs.

It was a good experience. They came when they said they would and worked late to finish before rain came through!

We had been quite frustrated by another roofer who didn't show 3 times to do the repairs so thank goodness we turned to America's Choice Roofing!  Mr Martinez was the Roof Specialist who oversaw the work & he was great. He sShowed up when he said he would and they were so fast to get to our repairs.  We were coping with rain showers and they worked to get there the first available day.  Solved several issues with our roof that had leaks due to bad ridge vent, glued some shingles, and resealed metal areas.  Nice guys.  Also left no mess!  Highly recommend!
