The overall experience was great. Bill and Sandy worked with us through the entire process, from design, selection of all items to move-in. They brought many great ideas from their vast experience, they offered alternative ideas to ours that accomplished our desire but at a lesser cost. They used quality sub-contractors that have been working with them for years. They were at the construction site every day and meet every material delivery. The home was completed ahead of schedule. We did not have any cost surprises at completion. We had only a few items that needed attention after moving in, and they had the contractor back immediately and the item was handled. We have recommended them to friends and if we were to build again, we would use them again. They are a first class builder with great honesty and one that takes pride in their work.
