They've been very honest and prompt. They came exactly when I said they're going to and they took care of the problem quickly.

We appreciated his honesty and not doing work that was not necessarily needed at this time. Units are about 15 years old. He said if it was a small, slow leak, we could probably get by for quite awhile. It has been a month and both units are running fine.

This was the third time we use them. The first was warranty repair of AC, and the second was preventitive maintenance of AC. This time, an air handler had a broken part. They came on time (the day of calling), and repaird the problem on the same day. It is working perfectly now (just in time for cold weather). I will use them again!
