Kerry exceeded all expectations. My pet became ill and had an accident on the carpet in one of our rooms. I left a message for Kerry and he returned the call within 30 minutes. When I explained the situation he skipped lunch and came over quickly and cleaned the room. He was professional, reasonable and did a quality job.

Our hot water heater burst. After the damage was repaired and the carpet laid down again,Advantage did a wonderful job of making it look good as new. After 6 months, we put the house on the market and Advantage came out again to get the carpet ready for the sell. He was very professional and showed up on time which is very important to me because I live overseas. He also gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend the company.

Kerry did an excellent job cleaning the grout and tile from the heavy traffic areas. I was pleased with the results given I struggled trying to brighten and clean the grout using different products and methods. Would definitely use Advantage again.

The owner was extremely professional and concerned about doing a good job on my carpet for a reasonable price. He also was concerned about not letting any of the furniture left in place stain the carpeting. He even returned to his office to get carpet protectors to place under the furniture so that would not happen. He and his son did a good job of pre-spotting and then steam cleaning my carpet. After a year of some very serious staining by my family, this was a really big job. They did a beautiful job, and I am so pleased!  I also had a 10% off coupon that I printed off from Angie's list, and that made it even better.

Kerry was great to work with. Returned my original voice mail message within 15 minutes, and called back, as promised, the day before the job to confirm time. Then showed up early and helped my daughter move some furniture and boxes.

The work was completed in a couple of hours and he even offered to help move items back into place.

I called to see about having my carpets cleaned and get an estimate. I had to leave a message but was called back that same day. The gentleman set up an appointment within the week. He was on time for the appointment, and the carpets look great. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
