Staff were very courteous and professional on the phone; however the employees mowing and trimming my lawn seemed careless. The second time mowing a trim board was broken off of a storage shed and several vines were severed on a plant climbing our pergola. The company did offer to pay to replace the board - after a complaint was filed - and employees were instructed to be be more careful when trimming. Next time around, the person trimming completely severed all vines on the plant. I believe it was intentional as there was no grass within 10" of where the cut occurred.

The first guy came out to inspect the house was extremely nice and identified squirrels, but the technician that came out said it was not squirrels and said it was rats. I told him I saw them enter the attic and I was concerned with the traps he was putting for rats. They did seal off my house and I have not had any issues since.

They do many things. They do landscaping, yard maintenance and pesticide treatment of your lawn. I used them about a year ago. They do the job that they say they are going to.

It went well, as always. If I am not a home, they just do the outside (I don't see bugs as a rule). The guys are great and I have, in the past, called them for a problem or perceived problem. They came right over and took care of everything.

The agent assigned to my account has been providing service to my household for about 5 years.  He is always courteous, considerate, and calls ahead to confirm appointment time and my availability.  He does a thorough job both inside and outside my home, and if there is ever a case where I have something show up unexpectedly, like after heavy rains or such, he is quick to return to my home for additional treatment.

We love ABC. The price seems very reasonable.

ABC always gives us great service. I had to reschedule three different times due to work schedule changes. They were very accommodating to my schedule. David showed up on time and did a great job. He was very thorough and gave us ideas and recommendations on things to do to deter the pest.

We hire Abc because we had fire ants inside te house. We call and two days later a specialist walked around the house. It was treated next year, we bought the contract. We were customes for two years, no more bugs but it does get expensive

I haven't had any infestations so they are doing the job well. ABC pest control services visit homes every other month, 6 times/year, rather than quarterly like most others. During the initial visit in November 2013, they sprayed the interior of the house as well as exterior, and the plan is to spray the exterior every other month and never have to spray inside again. I have pets and small children and greatly appreciated this approach. They've also told me that the sprays used outside are safe for pets and children once they have dried.
I'm not sure how they are priced compared to the other companies. I just moved to the area in October 2013 and chose ABC because they generally had good reviews and offered multiple services. I also have them mow my yard bi-weekly and it looks nice. In the "winter" in Texas, they called every 2 weeks to ask if I needed mowing. Generally, I did not. Now that we are back in season, they just come and mow without calling. Mowing is almost $50 per mow and I find that rather expensive, so I will be looking into another option, especially because we may require weekly mowing for several months. I would do it myself, but I hate the heat.

Awesome! Mike came out to do the inspection, and he seemed very honest, patient, and straightforward. After testing each station individually, including all valves and heads, he told us exactly what it would cost to completely repair the entire system. He also helped us come up with a short-term solution to use the system (with a few minor, manual tweaks) until we could pay for the complete overhaul that was needed. We couldn't ask for anything more.

The guys at ABC are really great. They are professional and honest. We received a clear assessment of what we needed, and they are easy to work with and will answer all the questions you ask (I ask A LOT). They have been very responsive to issues with scorpions, going out of their way to explain what they were doing, the habits of scorpions, etc., so that we could make a good evaluation together about how to proceed. I would highly recommend them for pest control services.

They have been very good and responsive. My particular technician always asks if we are having any problems. Sometimes, you have a lot of rain or no rain at all which causes different problems. They're very  responsive to whatever you ask them to take care of. If I tell him I'm having trouble with a bug which looks like this, he solves it. He is very observant to what is going on and gives tips. They listen to the individual client and tailor whatever it is that they decide to do. I never had any problems with billing, too. They have a good service. I'm very pleased with them.

They have been very good. They will send someone out go through your home and then go over everything with you to develop a maitenance plan. The only draw back they will call with the time they will be coming and alot of the time for me  I have to call them back to change the time as it usually is not convenient for me. But they do do very good work.

Their service was adequate. I would use them again in the future.

They have a good reputation as far as getting on time, and getting stuff done. They did a nice job. The quality was outstanding. They're always on time. They come the same time every week. I'm very happy with them. If I need them, I would use them.

They're a reputable company. They're very personable and they're willing to answer questions if I have any. They're very easy to work with and they're reasonably priced.
