Ron was very personable and friendly.  He pointed defects out to me that were to be included in his final report. He was good about discussing what may or may not be problematic defects. He answered all my questions without "talking down" to me (which I often get as a single woman).  He provided me with a "Homeowners Handbook" and a complimentary one-year membership to the Home Owners Network (which provides live technical support for your home).  Overall, Ron was thorough and did not concentrate on things that were cosmetic in nature.
