Responded quickly to a call that our central air had gone out.  They came in an replaced a part and now it is as good as new.  Great Service.  Asked him if our compressor looked in good shape and didn't need to be replaced at this time.   

We have a very old unit (1972) and he took time to explain some of the issues we were having and our potential issues. Was able to provide us with a quote for a new unit before he left.

They found a bad electronic part ,replaced that and added freon. The tech checked the temps and everything was good. After a few days we started having the same problem again. Called Wolf Creek they came right out and started looking for another problem. They found it in the system in the attic.

The coil was rusted out in spots,they ordered another and came out the next day and replaced the unit in no time with two techs.They checked and found that it was still under warranty and saved us a chunk of money. The office staff and techs are professional,polite and do their job, Hard to ask for more than that

Called at 8:00AM on Sunday morning. We had one of the partners out by 8:30 and he had the unit running again within the hour. He added freon and said it looked like the there might be a leak in the evaporator. We agreed that he should return later in the week to fully diagnose. The big deal here is the responsiveness and ability to fix the problem. Yes, we would use them again. We have had these guys out nursing an old unit (1979) very patiently before we finally had them replace it a few years ago. No complaints...unless the leak in the evaporator costs me a fortune and is not covered...

Sent helper out to see home. Did not provide paper quote, only on phone. Was supposed to get back with me on other important questions and services but did not respond.

I think I spent $65 for the service cost and the total was $115. That wasn't bad. They don't have so much of extra charges. They were very professional and they didn't try to get me something that I didn't need. They didn't take advantage of me. I was very shocked at their price. I think they came out that night. The owner is the one that comes out. Anytime I need any kind of heating or air conditioning work, they are the ones that I call. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called it in a 4pm. At 4:30 the General Manager was at my door. 30 min later the air conditioner was working again. What a relief as I was not looking forward to a night in the hot house. Wonderful, professional and friendly service. I can highly recommend the company.
