 + -1 moreTim is detail oriented and a great problem solver. What I really like about him is that he is creative in his approach to fixing things. He will re-use/recycle material. He is honest and often worked while I was not home. He is upfront about the timetable and realistic about how long a job takes. He provided accurate bookkeeping and receipts for all material purchased. He stuck to the budget
Description of Work: He built a bedroom in my garage including: waterproofing, hanging sheetrock and hardiplank, hanging a ceiling fan, painting, building bunk beds, building closet, hanging doors, changing sink faucet and drain.
