Tim is detail oriented and a great problem solver. What I really like about him is that he is creative in his approach to fixing things. He will re-use/recycle material.
He is honest and often worked while I was not home. He is upfront about the timetable and realistic about how long a job takes. He provided accurate bookkeeping and receipts for all material purchased. He stuck to the budget
