CHUCK BAXLEY ROOFER

Horrible! We had just had $80,000 worth of stonework done and his guys manage to run about $5000 worth of it by laying there paint rollers and brushes on top of it. They got paint all over the rear deck all over the teak furniture all over the stonework on the side of the house all over the windows the paint did not completely cover the walls you could see the primer through it in areas. There was an ant bed beside one of the boat houses and instead of moving the ant bed so they could paint the wall they just painted the ant bed. They got paint all over the exterior lights everything that they did was done poorly. We had to pay someone $10,000 to come in and fix his mess up. I the last day that I saw Chuck at the job site he was adamant that they were finished I showed him about 20 items that had not been completed or done and his comment to me was F this! He turned around went and got in his truck and left and I never heard from him again. We should have sued him for the damages but he doesn’t have anything. Every time I turned around he was asking for more money more money more money. The guys that I used to fix things didn’t ask for one penny until they were finished. If you get a chance to use Chuck’s Baxley services make sure you don’t because you will get royally screwed

Roof leaked after one year, ruined my kitchen and living room. Had a warranty for two years that wasn't honored. Spent $10K on the roof and had to hire another contractor to repair damages inside home and chimney flashing that wasn't installed. Cost me $3,500 for repairs.
