The tech wan on time and very professional. Answered my questions.

         When the technician first showed up i could tell he was a good person.  He was clean cut, and very polite. He came in and asked what i wanted to get done,and actually  listened to what i said.  He then went and checked out system, when he came back he told me what i needed and didn't try to sell me anything extra or force sell me.   Most of the other company's were telling me that i needed all kinds of  extra repairs.  Including was telling me my drain lines where no good.   When i asked Jamie about the drain lines he was a little surprised and told me there was nothing wrong with them.  The only thing he said was the system needed changed out but no other repairs were needed.   It was very refreshing to have someone finally be honest and straight forward.  He let me know exactly  what i needed, he gave me options if i wanted something extra but did not try to sell me anything other than what i needed. When Hometech came back on the scheduled day, I was completely amazed with their professionalism and the care they took with my home.  When they left it was as if they were  never there.  I will defiantly be using him again
