+ -1 moreMr. Rhodes gave an estimate to replace my porch railings and columns and agreed to start in 3 weeks. The following occured: (1) He did not start the work as promised. When contacted he could not start for 3 more weeks. Again, he failed to start my project as promised, citing health problems that had set him behind in his work.. (2) Subsequently I found another contractor whose quoted price was 1/3 Mr. Rhodes estimate. The new contractor started as promised, finished on schedule, and charged 1/3 less. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this contractor to anyone. I was fortunate, in fact, that his delays saved me a nice piece of change. restimate,

+ -1 moreThe work was excellent. Sam Rhodes is a very Christian man and he puts his heart into his work. He was always very punctural and he showed up to work every day. If he needed to be off, he would tell you he couldn't work on such and such day. He is very friendly and a very caring individual. He's not happy unless you are happy...and his workmenship proves it. I would highly recommend his company for any type of repairs you need done. Above all...he is very trustworthy! As long as Sam Rhodes is around...I will use no other for any type of home repairs or remodeling!
Description of Work: Rhodes Home Improvement remodeled two bathrooms, took down a wall full of 12" mirrors, took out one window in our master bedroom, put down new tiles in both bathrooms, replaced tiles in the dining room. He also fixed cracks in the sheetrock and repainted several rooms.
