Description of Work: It took the technician less than five minutes. That amount seems excessive considering that we were also charged a $48.00 service charge.

+ -1 moreThe owner was very kind; however, they sort of rigged it up in the back of the dishwasher. They left the mess. I had to call him and had to redo it. I thought my brand new dishwasher had a problem, so I had the company from where I purchased it come out. They pulled it out and said that it was not even properly installed. The price was okay. They didn't do the work right.

Description of Work: We have a Kenmore refrigerator that is just under 2 years old. It started to leak water from underneath. We called Howard Cain Appliance Repair on Wednesday. He returned our call & scheduled us for Thursday. He arrived early Thursday morning & repaired the drip pan & saved us some money! The repair was done in less than 30 minutes. We are very satisified with the services performed.

+ -1 moreThe service man did excellent work and was very professional. The work was explained to us and an estimate was given for the cost to repair the washer. It took about 1/2 hour to complete the job and all the mess was cleaned up when he was finish. He was also very prompt with the appointment.
Description of Work: We had our washing machine repaired. The transmission and couplings were replaced. The gears were stripped on the washer, which was causing the problems.
