They were very honest. Crystal is very efficient. She calls you back and gave you an estimate. They are always on time, if they can't repair it, they will let you know, and reasonable.

They are the only people we use. They are the only company for washer and dry that I use. If they close down, I don't know what I will do.

Mr. Cain will call you back. Not on the weekend but during the week. We've always been happy with his work. He's fast and reasonably priced. I would definately recommend him and his son. They know what they are doing.

My only concern was that I was told it would be $42.00 to install the control board.

The owner was very kind; however, they sort of rigged it up in the back of the dishwasher. They left the mess. I had to call him and had to redo it. I thought my brand new dishwasher had a problem, so I had the company from where I purchased it come out. They pulled it out and said that it was not even properly installed. The price was okay. They didn't do the work right.

The service man did excellent work and was very professional. The work was explained to us and an estimate was given for the cost to repair the washer. It took about 1/2 hour to complete the job and all the mess was cleaned up when he was finish. He was also very prompt with the appointment.
