They left things up in the attic that they should have disposed of.

The technician, Jason, arrived on same day as call and with me standing by, quickly found and showed me the problem(s). With the age of the unit, 31 years, I expected to need a total replacement, and most would tell you that is what you need. But now we're up and running! He also took time to thoroughly explain the options for future replacement when that time comes.

It was 5:30 Saturday Laborday weekend. They had someone on call that showed up within 30 minutes, found the problem (afraid wires - he calmed them down) fixed it incredibly fast, no mess, left the site clean. Overtime and house call charges totaled about $150. So totally worth it. These guys will be my first call next time I have HVAC issues.

The business is family owned, they are friendly, and very responable. They always make sure to call and let me know if anything is going on. They have kept my air running.

I called them on a Monday morning when my a/c system outside went out and there was some one here in about 30 minutes. I told them I wanted to replace the whole unit since it was 16 yrs. old. I was given 3 options, replacing just the outside unit or replacing the outside plus the heating unit or doing both with new duct work. I wanted everything replaced. I was told it would be Thursday before they could get the new unit in but they would come out and put a temporary part in the old unit so it would run until they could install the new unit . I ask how much that would cost and Ron Goodpastor said there would be no charge for that. So I had a/c while I waited for the new unit to come in--he had the old unit up and running by 2;30 on the afternoon I called .
On Friday, September 14, 2012 they came out and installed my complete new system with ductwork in one day and were gone by 5;30They were always prompt and on time and I have been very happy with their service. I even called them this morning because I couldn't get the heat to come on and they were out within a couple of hours and replaced a bad thermostat.

I called to make an appointment to troubleshoot my furnace and they were out there the same day. At first they thought it might be a fuel valve issue, but later determined after some further diagnostics that it was just the igniter. They said the valve was dirty and sticking a little, but cleaned it right up and put it back in place. They also did general service on the furnace since it had not been done yet. They did a great job and the technician did a wonderful job explaining everything that he was doing.
