He worked with me on a time that would work with my work schedule. He checked out the machine and unfortunately it was going to cost more to fix the machine that it was work. Recommended we look for a new machine and pointed out things we need to watch out for. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

He was WONDERFUL. He returned my call quickly made a quick guess about what it was and gave me a firm price for the service call (out to the island) and followed through promptly with a quote that was a great price. He had to order a part that came in some time later but he followed up with me consistently and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Called this morning and spoke to a LIVE PERSON right away who even took the model # information so that the technician would have the parts needed with him when he came. He arrived within 2 hours of the call, diagnosed the problem, had to let freezer defrost, then returned as scheduled to replace the part needed. He and his assistant were polite, helpful and very efficient. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I use David s Appliances for many years now and we are always pleased with the man who comes to do the work. When the washer stopped working, they sent out a good guy who was quick to tell me I would need a new valve. I trusted his opinion, he replaced the valve, and everything has been great since. In the future, I will always call David s Service, as they are very good to their customers.
