We bought my daughter a new stereo for her car and one of my elder sons, who had put lots of stereos in, messed it up and as they could not figure out how to fix it they caused a short in the electrical system of the car. The problem was bad and we had Bobby Ford dig into it, and they kept on finding other things. They were very professional in dealing with me, as I was not happy. They were very helpful and polite. They had the car for two to three weeks and within that time they would call and explain what they found, so I really believe that they were honest. We went to them because we thought they would be the best equipped to deal with the situation due to their knowledge with Ford.

A young man was assigned my vehicle right away, analyzed for the potential electronic problem and re-programed the computer to ensure everything was as it should be. Even though it was the middle of the day I was not asked to come back in the morning or make an appointment. Each of the service managers made certain I was being properly taken care of. My vehicle was corrected promptly and I went on my way. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant auto service experience.
