I first used Wayco Services a few years ago - they were recommended by a close relative to repair some termite damage. They did a wonderful job and did it quickly. Most recently, my whole house had flood damage due to Hurricane Harvey. They went above and beyond what was expected to restore my house to as good as, or better than it was. They pay careful attention to details, and are courteous and professional, honest and trustworthy. When Wayne tells you something will be done, you can take it to the bank - his word is solid gold. Vicki is great with designs and color selections. I could not be more pleased. They don't just do good work, they are also good people.

The work went very smoothly. The guys were fast, efficient and friendly.

They came out, it was a two day job and busted butt to finish in two days even staying until 10:30 at night to get it done on time. I was very pleased with the work they had done on the inside and the outside of the house.

We had a little problem getting together with my time schedule.  But once we had a bid and we were ready to go.  They came out at about 12:00 and were gone in a few hours.  The post were wrapped with new hardy plank and painted everything was cleaned up they were gone.  I would use them again in the future, and actually have several things that I want done.

Went well, but could have done a better job with dust control and daily cleanup on the bathroom job. Very knowledgable, hardworking and eager to please.



Update on job in shower--- I just completed tiling the shower after we had to fired the one used by Wayco Services. When we turned the water on...the water did not drain. After calling another plumber to come out and video the drain line, we found out that the drain was completely filled with mortar. We had warned the man tiling that he should not be walking on the membrane or tiling without the drain being protected.



The bid for fixing this huge mistake is for $8,000 to tunnel under our house and cut up our new driveway. And the bid doesn't include fixing the driveway. Lesson learned the hard way.

Wayne and Vicki of Wayco Services originally came to my house to give me a bid. I was very impressed with the price and after getting a few more bids, I hired Wayco Services. They met me at Home Depot so I could buy the new shower stall and sink that I wanted (they came so we could be sure they would fit.) The following Friday they came to my house and started the projects. I was very pleased that the first thing they did was lay some heavy duty paper on the floor so the carpet would not get soiled. They immediately started tearing out the old shower and replacing it with the new one I had purchased. They then proceeded to replace the vanity sink. The following day they completed the shower install and started working on the replacement boards on the outside of the house as well as the new set of stairs for my back door.

They did a terrific job on all the projects! They were very professional, very easy going and easy to talk to. They had some good ideas of their own which I hadn't thought of. I will definitely use them again!!
