I bought a new house in Pearland and needed a driveway gate to keep my dogs secure. I got a number of bids and put an ad on Craigslist as well. Jack responded and we talked on the phone. He referred me to his website and I was impressed. His quote was 35% cheaper than the others I received. My gate is not complex in size or design so I was not interested in paying top dollar. Jack came out and measured the location. A gate existed at this home earlier and he gave some excellent suggestions regarding where to locate this particular unit. He fabricated and installed the gate in less than seven days. The gate comes with a solar opener and is very effective. The unit is quiet, the welds look great and the unit overall looks great with the house. Jack showed me how to use the equipment and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He cleaned up after the job was done.
