My wife and I moved to Cleveland a few months ago and had not selected a local veterinarian for our three dogs and our cat. Our cat, Simone, developed a cough after being accidentally locked out one cold night in November. She became hoarse, had difficulty swallowing and eventually lost her voice totally. I used Angie's List to locate Cleveland Animal Hospital. Their reviews were consistently good while the other local clinics had mixed reviews. I called to make an appointment but the earliest time that was open that met my schedule was about two weeks away. I monitored Simone's condition closely in case I had to make a last-minute emergency visit. Her situation improved daily over the next two weeks but I decided to go ahead and keep the appointment as she needed her annual shots anyway. Everyone, including the clerical personnel, the veterinary assistant and Dr. Ealy, were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Ealy went the extra mile to make Simone feel safe and secure by constantly petting her and talking to her. She never flinched during the examination or the injections, which is unusual for a cat. It is obvious that Dr. Ealy loves and respects animals. His price was significantly less than I had anticipated based on years of visits to our previous vet. I was so impressed with the experience that I plan to make appointments to bring our three dogs in for their annual checkups and vaccinations. Dr. Ealy and his staff have earned my continued business.

When I called them they were very polite and friendly. When we went there they processed all the information in a reasonable amount of time. At the time of pick up we had to wait a while, no fault for theirs the place was packed and my dog did not come out smelling like he had been in a kennel. He looked very happy and healthy. Their charge was resonable too. I will use Cleveland Animal Hospital to board my dog in the future and I also intend to use it when it is time to update his shots and if he is unwell.

Just a word of warning. If you go there to expect something very fancy and to impress a human side, you're going to the wrong place. They're there to take care of the animals and to do the best they possibly can, without charging an arm and leg.Our guys do not care about what color their wallpaper is, or any other fancy furnishings.Dr. Bob and the staff there were very hard to provide quality care to their animal patients. One of the few veterinarians left that put quality care ahead of everything else.
As long as Dr. Bob and the Cleveland animal hospital is there. We will continue to bring our guys to see them.
