Discovered leak when water collected in meter box and flowed to street. Called late evening on 11-20-14 and plumber called back immediately and scheduled visit for next morning. Plumber called before he came and found leak on water line from meter to house. Even though it was raining, the plumber and his helper fixed my leak, checked all bathrooms and outside fixtures to ensure no other leaks and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.
Plumber and helper were courteous and very professional and did an outstanding job despite tree roots and inclement weather.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
