concrete repair
 + -1 moreesAero refused to return our money on the driveway. After I filed with the Better Business Bureau, he put the whole transaction in one job. Which was not how it was agreed upon. He kept telling me it was two separate jobs. He also stated it was our responsiblity to get the subcontractor to do the driveway. We have no clue who the sub contractor was that they hired. I know they were stating they were having trouble getting the subcontractor to start the driveway. They never offered any refund or anything. I have had no contact with them since I fired them from the slab job. I was told by the Justice of the Peace court, not to contact them after we sent the Letter of Demand. It is too costly to go through the court system because there are too many Principals to sue and everyone would take a filing fee. I have found out by going through the court records, they do not pay their judgements, they just take your money.
Description of Work: We started with contracting Aero AKA Sole's Paving for a slab for a large building. Jim Soles told us we needed a driveway to get to the site. We paid him $3500.00 in a check(ck#7730,%3500.on 2/26.) He cashed it immediately, but never provided the service. When he finally started(3/18) the slab after much delay, we gave him 1/3 of the money for the slab(ck#7036 $3200.00). He came out with a small crew and minimal materials. They put it in the wrong direction from my husband's instructions. They stated it would be too costly to change it. I told them to continue, but after my husband talked to the contract sub, we hired him to finish the concrete work and fired Aero. I called and spoke to Jim Soles and stated we would like the driveway completed or our money returned. He never did either.
