IN ALL MY YEARS OF DEALING WITH BUSINESSES, I'VE NEVER WORKED WITH A MORE-PROFESSIONAL GROUP. SCOTT COURTNEY AND DAVE COBB WERE FIRST-RATE. NOT ONLY DID THEY INSPECT MY ROOF AND GIVE A FREE ESTIMATE, THEY OFFERED TO HELP TESTIFY IN COURT TO ASSURE THAT THE ROOF THEY HAD TO REPLACE WAS IN AWFUL CONDITION (THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT MY INSPECTOR SAID). THEY HELPED MAKE A VIDEO DETAILING PROBLEMS. THEY WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND HELPED ME GET A LOAN! THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS WHO THEY SUBCONTRACTED TO DO THE DECK AND FLAT ROOF WORK. IT WAS SUB-PAR AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT T.L.P. DID FOR ME. OUTSIDE OF TELLING THEM THEY NEED TO AVOID SUBCONTRACTING WITH THAT COMPANY AGAIN, I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE IMPRESSED.
