Stevan Buren Roofing, Windows, and Flooring

Jesse Ford arrived at my home, I showed him where the repairs were needed. He started his inspection for the estimate or quote. A few minutes later I received photos from him of my roof showing damage other than what I had shown him. I explained to him that I had inspected the roof prior to his arrival and there was no damage to the front ridge cap area. There were no shingles on the ground and I told him that if the shingles had been blown off we should have seen them on the ground. He provided me a quote to do the work he was called out to do plus the new damage. $222.67 to repair shingle ridge and $897.71 for the shingle spot repairs for a total of $1,120.38.

Amazing company! They fixed my leaky roof and worked with my insurance company while making the process as painless as possible! I will definitely be using them to get some new windows for my house in future!

They came out and looked around and gave me an estimate. Free insulation was included with the roof and had been done prior to the installation of the roof. They were prompt and efficient. The workmanship looks good. They completed the job in one day.

Great. The roofs were replaced in one day, also outside painting. The contractor on the inside work did a great job. I will use them again - very professional and courteous.

The week before job start, Darryl Lackey sold his company to Stevan Buren Roofing and Remodeling.  I was somewhat taken aback by the quick sale with no notice.  However Darryl called me personally and explained the change and that Stevan had been an employee of the company so the transition would be a smooth one.
The crew that showed up was professional in all respects.  They did a great job of protecting flower beds, etc from debris and their site cleanup was immaculate.  I've yet to find a roofing nail or debris anywhere.  The final product was great and the shingle color perfect.
I was a bit disappointed that the existing  3" galvanized drip edge was replaced with 1-1/2 inch lesser product without a heads up.  If I had it to do over I would insist on 3" or just not replace the edge.  To be fair, Darryl Lackey and his superintendent should have explained that better when they bid the job.  Other than that all went well with no problems.

Lackey  had about 9 guys working on our roof.  They worked fast, and got the job done.  He even took a picture of the roof so we could see the completed job. We weren't about to crawl up there!  They did a great job. We definitely would use them again.
