 + -1 moreDid not come out to the originally scheduled time and charged me $80.00 for turning the switch button on. I have never been treated so poorly. The customer experience was not a top priority. It was only about collecting a service fee, when no service was performed.
Description of Work: I called over the weekend to schedule an appointment. The woman I spoke to scheduled me between 8-9 AM on the following Tuesday. At 9:20 AM, I called and was told that the service tech would not be out until 2 PM. Worst experience I have ever had. John (the owner) came to my house to look at the waterfall feature in the pool that was not working. He turned the switch button to "on" and the waterfalls began working. He charged me $80.00 for his services.
