Mitchell's did an excellent job. Both Brenda and Terry at the store took the time to help with primary tile and accenting tile selection. We are not decorators, and their assistance was invaluable. Scott, the installer, was a perfectionist with the tile layout and installation. When the tile manufacturer sent us a lot number other than our ordered accent tile, resulting in a different color, Scott pointed out the problem to us. Mitchell's worked with the manufacturer's sales representative to resolve the issue. We are very pleased with how our bathroom looks now. These folks provide great customer service throughout the project. We would use them again and recommend them to others.
