Layland Plumbing Inc

Called Layland Plumbing on Thursday and they were able to get to me first thing Friday morning. The guys who performed the work were friendly and professional. I needed to relocate an 80 gallon water heater and remove a sink. They ran into a couple of problems but were able to quickly determine the issues and resolve them. They got the water heater out of the closet and across the room, ran new water lines, and installed a floodstop unit. I was extremely happy with the job they did. Layland will be the only plumbing company I will use from this point forward and if anyone has a plumbing issue, I will recommend Layland to them. Great job!

They installed a kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet and reseated two toilets that were loose.  One of the toilets became loose again, but they were responsive and returned in a timely manner to fix it.  We would definitely use them again.  They were friendly and the price was reasonable.

Did a great as always.  We have used they several times, and they are the best plumbing company I have worked with in 50 years of home repair.

On the morning they were to work at my house, they called before leaving the business and arrived in a timely manner. They worked quickly and cleanly, and let me know when they had to leave briefly to pick up a part at a nearby store. They finished ahead of schedule, and went over all work with me before they left.

I called the company after reading the reviews on Angies List. The call was answered by a friendly voice who said if they couldn't get there that afternoon it would certainly be tomorrow. The guys called early afternoon the same day and said they were leaving a nearby job and would be there in ten minutes, which they were. Two nice, respectful gentlemen worked on the problems, even crawling under the house to fix something unexpected (poor guy!). They were nice, explained everything and fixed the problem. I also asked for an estimate on some future work - this will be provided by phone or email tomorrow. While I'm not thrilled that I needed plumbing work done, I am thrilled to have found a company I can confidently work with on all my plumbing issues and work in the future.

The master plumber and his assistant arrived at the time agreed upon, and performed all requested work in a very professional manner.

The work took a couple of days,with the sewer line construction taking most of a day, and the remainder taking a full day. No big hassles. The crew was careful to ask when in doubt about preferences concerning the installation. The final connections/ installations inside are not complete, as they are waiting on some non-plumbing issues to be resolved before they can complete the job. The total project cost and the partial payment for the work-to-date were reasonable, and within $100 of what I would have estimated. I will use them again. The cost was well less than half of what another plumber bid (how they get any business I don't know)

The service from Layland Plumbing was fast and efficient and price was
reasonable. They replaced all the rotting pipe from the sink drain to
the main back in the wall with minimal damage. The leak was fixed the
first time and they also repaired a slow running sink on the same
visit. I would highly recommend Layland Plumbing. They are efficient
and honest.

I had purchased a new dishwasher and when the company delivered the appliance they were unable to install it because of an old shut off valve under the sink. I contacted Layland's Plumbing and they had someone out to my house that afternoon. They replaced the valve without any problems. It took about 15 minutes to complete the job.
I did not take the time to get estimates for this job., Layland's Plumbing, was the only company I contacted. I just needed to get the problem fixed, so I really do not know if the price I paid was reasonable or not. All I can say is that they did a very good job and got here quickly. I will use them again.

They offer prompt and courteous service at reasonable prices.

I wouldn't use anyone else.
