We just wanted a him to look at our plumbing, but instead of going through the crawl space, he ripped our bathroom floor up, the he told us about all the leaks. Next thing he did was took a sledge hammer to our counter and just ripped it out and said reconstruction is starting now.   He designed a nice plan but what he did was not what was on the plan.  I have no laundry room , guest bath is way to small. and we have not seen him in 6 weeks, He will not answer calls our emails.
