 + -1 moreWe just wanted a him to look at our plumbing, but instead of going through the crawl space, he ripped our bathroom floor up, the he told us about all the leaks. Next thing he did was took a sledge hammer to our counter and just ripped it out and said reconstruction is starting now. He designed a nice plan but what he did was not what was on the plan. I have no laundry room , guest bath is way to small. and we have not seen him in 6 weeks, He will not answer calls our emails.
Description of Work: He stated when he started the project he would have a crew with him and could get this reconstruction of our plumbing, bathroom, and laundry room within 2 to 3 weeks. This project started in Nov 2011 and it is now March 2012 and it is not completed. The guest bathroom is way to small and the laundry room I cannot even put my washer and dryer in it. He has not finish the grouting in any of the bathroom rooms. My main bathroom he still has not put the window in. Ernest Mackey the owner and contractor has not been back to our house in 6 weeks. We paid for all the supplies and labor. Plus he would bring his 3 and 4 year children to the job site expecting me to watch them. What do u think I need to do
