I've used them for years. They've repaired my air conditioning system while others wanted to change it out. They've saved me a lot of money.

They are fantastic! I would never use anyone else. I tried several other companies but Dugger Brothers had the best price and solution! They are very good at their job and very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I have mixed feelings about this job.  I had them do other jobs in the past.  I use a lot of HVAC services.  The initial bid on the job was $8000 which was only to replace the inside unit.  I scheduled the work.  They came out on time.  While the installer was here, he tracked me down and told me that he recommended that we replace the outdoor unit as well.  This was an additional $10,000+.  The original unit used Freon.  The new unit could use the new gas or Freon.  However, once the freon was used in the new unit, if we needed to replace the outdoor unit, both inside and outside would need to be replaced.  The gases could not be combined.  The freon could not be flushed out of the  new inside unit that was being installed  i opted to do both at the same time.  I did not like it, but I researched the issue and found the recommendation valid.   No one likes to spend more than twice what is expected, but the units were old.  I think this was fair.   IT took sometime to get both units replaced because of the size.  This was inconvenient, but I can't fault Dugger Brothers for this.   We overpaid them and they promptly called us and issued a refund.  They were very honest and compliant.    They could have insisted on more time or to apply the over payment to the next job.  This was outstanding and rare.   The first time we used the new units they did not work.  My business is a week end evening business.  The problem occurred at a Saturday night wedding.  My staff called Dugger brothers on Saturday about 5:00pm as soon as the problem was discovered.  The answer machine indicated that emergency services were only available from 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday- Saturday.  I would never have used them to do the work if I had realized that this was the case. In Texas when an AC goes out, It needs to be fixed ASAP.   It was Tuesday before they came out to check the unit and Friday before it was repaired.  In the mean time, we had a very sweet and gracious bride with a very warm reception.  WE have more than one unit in the facility- but not enough to cool the room completely.
