I've got an annual contract with the company that installed the system, Air Master. They come twice a year. Once in the spring and then in the fall.

We got three bids and felt that Air Masters offered the most for our money for a 3-Ton, 16-Seer HVAC unit. They showed up on time and completed the installation as promised. Great installation personnel. We have used them previously for service and maintenance and have always been happy with their personnel and their work.

I give them all A's and will continue to use them.

It took the technician about 45 minutes to check on my two units. I will continue to use them.

Frank was amazing!!!! He described, over the phone, where to locate the fuse on our unit. Thank you thank you so much!!!

The technician came out and was able to fix one of my issues but was only able to do a temporary fix and he did not follow up as promised.

Repairs were done in a timely fashion and we are satisfied with the performance and savings on electrical bill.

They called before arrival and were prompt. Their prices started off high but matched our best offer we had from another company. They were all very courteous and informative. Offered 1 year 0% financing. They also include one year of maintenance where they come out twice a year to check the system.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and provided information about our HVAC system which was helpful since we purchased the house just last year. The amount paid also covers a fall HVAC tuneup.

I have been using them for about a year and a half. They have been great! They are much more better than anyone else I have ever used. They are honest and reasonably priced. It has been a very positive experience.

The crew was here the date and time promised. They were neat and courteous and careful to protect furnishings. They finished exactly on schedule as promised.

I was very dissatisfied with the service from this company. First off, I didn't have time that day to sit here and wait for him and could not get him to come out here. Finally, I offered to leave a check here for him and that got him out here. I find it funny that I wrote the check for $100 and that was exactly the amount of the bill that I received for his services. Also he is not licensed and doesn't feel that he needs to be. Through the whole process, this guy was not professional at all.
