+ -1 moreRoy was right on time every day and had our project completed in no time and he did a fantastic job. Roy is very trustworthy and does not require and down payment, he is a man of his word. We are getting ready for him to do our next project.
Description of Work: Roy removed dirt and leveled the floor, then laid out the rebar in preparation for the concrete. He had the concrete delivered and did all the finishing work
