Water Softener Service
Terry Dye installs, services and repairs water conditioning systems including water softeners, charcoal filtration and reverse osmosis filtration. The glass tube that protects the UV light in our system broke. We need the UV light to disinfect our water. We call Mr. Dye at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and the part was delivered by UPS on Monday at 11:00 in the morning. Mr. Dye installed the UV glass sleeve in just a few minutes and we could use our water system again. This isn't the first time we have worked with Terry Dye. He is professional, polite and a great help in working with our water system.
