Our upstairs AC was not blowing cold. Appointment was easy to set up. Jerry came the same day. He found a
bad capacitor and replaced it with a new dual run capacitor. He fixed some work that had not been done properly by a previous repairman who had come out under a old home warranty and showed me how it was not up to standard. He did not attempt to sell me any other services. He is professional and fair. He reminded me of our grandparents generation when honesty and
hard work were respected.

He is an extremely honest person. He was recommended to us by a San Antonio native neighbor and we have been using him ever since. He keeps his appointments, is always on-time, and is very reachable. If you don't get a hold of him he is great at returning phone calls. He is also a great trouble-shooter. On one occasion he caught a drain pan before the leak got too bad. I crawled up the ladder to check and sure enough saw the leak. He saved us the headache of more extensive damage and had a new drain pan manufactured that was bigger and better than the original. We highly recommend him without hesitation.
