Ray responded first, fast and professionally. We were impressed at the response, knowledge and total professionalism from the initial fast call from him to the final installation by Eric in which was excellent. The installation was completed fast, safely with a mask on, and professionally. We appreciate all they have done and will be using them for all our future plumbing tasks. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing needs.

Ray came on a Saturday and spent 3 hours trying to fix my water heater. I was without a hot water for 10 days due to the insurance company not being able to secure a contractor. Ray showed up and even called the insurance company to make sure the service is covered. He ended up spending 2 hours more but he wanted to make sure my family had hot water after he leaves. He changed the heating elements and we were able to finally shower with a hot water.

Excellent. The job went down real good. Ray explained what he was going to do. He gave me a price and also gave me a senior citizen discount. He pulled out his heavy duty rooter and before you knew it, the drain was flowing freely. I think he was surprised as to how well it went because he jokingly mention he needed an easy job. Well, both he and I were glad it all went well and most of all, my family was not faced with any plumbing inconvenience. I sincerely thank Ray for coming out that evening without question and taking care of my problem.

Great. SA Reliable was very responsive to my calls and bent over backwards to get someone at my home quickly and on short notice. Recommend this plumber to anyone that needs repairs done. Price was very reasonable; especially on short notice and a weekend.

Ray was great. He was willing to work hard to get the job done. Even though it took a few hours he still honored our agreed on price. He was clean cut and professional.

My house was already equipped for a water softener, so Mr. Rodriguez gave me a quote, and explained what thhe was going to do. He and his helper were very well dressed and on time. I got three quotes from three bigger and well known company and this company was still more reasonable. Mr Rodriguez gave me a veteran discount just because he saw my license plates. I did not have to ask him. After a small discussion with Mr. Rodriguez, I found out that he to was a veteran, I'm glad to see small owner operator veterans businesses in Cibolo TX.

The plumbers were quick, courteous, and on time. They called an hour before they arrived which I really appreciate. This plumbing company is a very good local, family owned company and I would highly recommend them.

Overall, it went very well. I went with SA Reliable Plumbing because of their ability to respond to our need and respond quickly. Other Plumbers were either not available or would not be available until later in the day or another day. Also, Ray Rodriquez (primary POC) was very good about actively working to respond quickly and then take appropriate action once we agreed to the fix action and cost. So far, so additional issues with repair.

I called Ray on Halloween afternoon. We set up a time the next day to stop by. Ray and his team confirmed what I had feared, that the 20-year old water tank was busted. We talked price and warrantee times and agreed on one with a 10-year warrantee. They had the old one removed, and the new one installed (including all the connection parts) within about 3-4 hours. Another thing that impressed me was how Ray followed up the next day with instructions to ensure the Permit was completed and ready for the city inspector. Passed with flying colors. Timely service. Professional team. Excellent Customer care. These guys will be my first call for plumbing problems.

Ray provided prompt service and his communication with us (we are currently out of state) was outstanding. The contract was signed electronically and all work was shown via text message after it was done. Ray went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work and was very professional. His price was better than 2 other plumbers I called and he was able to fit us in very quickly. A+ service!

The work was first-rate! We were very pleased with the response to our call for service. Ray did not quote us a price on the phone, but we did agree to a $50.00 service call fee, in the event of a minor issue with leak. He explained he could not quote a price until he could examine the issue in all fairness. A quote over the phone would be a “guess” and could be less or more. On arriving (punctually), he and his partner began the inspection. Turn out the leaking was coming from an air conditioner drain pipe which was clogged. Additionally, I asked if they would inspect the water pressure because it appeared the pressure was low after a newly installed water softener by another company. It was slightly low and they adjusted the pressure. We would like to add, that both men were very professional, well-manner, and explained everything they were doing. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again in any plumbing event. I will absolutely be recommending to my friends and neighbors.

They showed up on time and very well dressed with very politely manners and was able to answer all my questions. Explain in detail what they needed to do to get me up and running and gave me more than one option but recommended a replacement. So they replaced it and I am very much satisfied with the work. I would recommend any of my friends or family these guys are great very professional.

There job went well they were on time, performed their work and I was satisfied with it. I also liked that all parts were included in the proposal.
