Rosa is a human dynamo. SHE NEVER STOPS MOVING!! She usually brings one helper ($25/hr per person). She cleans until the job is done. She brings her own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner, uses vinegar and water for most cleaning (safe + effective+ environmentally friendly) and lemon oil-based cleaner for wood. She never scratches or damages my fixtures or furniture (which is hard to find) and she treats all of my things very carefully. She works lightning fast, and I'm always very pleased when she works for me. I call her back again and again because she is honest as the day is long (she once found some pocket change and left it on the table for me) and is dependable and reliable. She's great!!
