My hot water heater was not giving me any hot water. I called the plumber but when he took the panel of the water heater closet there was water on the floors and the walls were all wet. So the plumber suggested QD Restoration to assess the damage. They came out that same afternoon. Over the next 10 days they brought machines to dry out all the water damage, removed the walls and insulation in the water heater closet, the master bath and under the house and sprayed to prevent mold. Sal and Rene did a thorough job and got me ready for the next step - the rebuild.

Honestly I had a great experience with this company. We had a really bad water heater leak and when they came out they helped calm things down and see what kind of options we had available to us. They helped us go through the insurance process and it was very easy with them.
