It didn't go at all. The guy showed up and mumbled a few words and left.

It went so smoothly! What a great experience. Alfredo (the owner) came to our house, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the cost and got to work immediately. He was finished within 2 days and the leaking problem was completely fixed. I couldn't have been happier with the service, quality and professionalism that is Kasa Renovations. I will definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends!

Master Craftsman ALERT! After inheriting my mother's house, we desperately needed to change the 30+ year carpet. After showing us many options of what we could do with our flooring, we chose a wood laminate type of flooring. But that wasn't all, we needed some splashing around the master bath completed and new tile around the fireplace, Alfredo talked and walked us through all parts of the renovating process, clearly showing his love for his craft!
