We have used this company 3 different times over 2 years. We tried to request the same technician, but each time the previous technician had moved on or was not available. Nonetheless, each has been very good.

I was very impressed with this company and the technicians! They took their time to make sure it was all to my satisfaction! After they checked the system, they walked the grounds with me to show me the issues and my options. I will hire them again!

They did some work for me a couple of years ago. He came and fixed my pool I had a problem with one of the skimmers coming back to the pump so it was a leak and he fixed it.He did a real good job, and the cost was okay.

The work was completed on schedule. There was some issues with the deck o seal, but was removed and replaced. This turned out to be a product issue and not the application. Leah was excellent to work with. The pool looks beautiful. Thank you H3O :)

When they come, they do a good job. Terrible customer service. I was "skipped" in the schedule a few times with no explanation. After confronting them, having to prove to them what my scheduled weeks are and that they skipped my entire week, they finally sent someone out. I didn't get my emailed invoice so I didn't know to pay...once i realized i had not paid them in a while, i immediately paid them. The next week they didn't show up. When i called and spoke with a "manager" I was told they cancelled my service this week and rescheduled me for the next week because my payment was late. Did they call to tell me this? Nope. Did they call to ask where my payments was or if i received the invoice? Nope. Did they call to let me know they cancelled my regular service week and rescheduled me for the next week? Nope. Zero communication from them to me. For me it was 4 strikes(skipped service dates), and you're out. It really is a shame, because we have used H3O sprinklers for years and years for anything sprinkler related and Tony and his adorable boxer were awesome!! We recommended him to anyone that mentioned sprinklers. Unfortunately, when they opened the pool division in the last year or so, the great customer service did not carry over. On to Sunray Pool Service.

I really wanted to like H3O but the service was just bad for the premium price. We have a leak in our spa and had them chat for details with our pool guy then come investigate. After the first appointment that they came for 20 minutes and left stating it was the check valve-when it was not- they made that right and came back again waiving the first hour and spent quite a few hours but found where the leak was! I was given a quote of $2000 to fix it. Called to set up the appointment to have the work done and was told it was in fact $3000 now because the guy made a mistake. After getting more details, and wanting to get the work done right, I set up the appointment. Day came and went, no show. Called and they apologized for missing it, rescheduled. Next scheduled day came and they didn’t show up, I called and they said I was supposed to confirm quote via email, this was never mentioned, they hadn’t even sent me an email. No worries I give them the benefit of the doubt, confirmed via email and rescheduled for a third time. Again, no show. I called at 2 pm that day and the guy was out injured- no communication at all unless I called. Courtney said he would be there the next day around 10. I got a call at 9:30 that day saying he was running late and would be there by 11-12. At 1pm I call and was told he was out sick again and they are unsure why someone would have told me he was coming. At this point I have little confidence that they do what they say they are going to do. I would expect if I am spending $3000 with your company there would be more professionalism. I told them I just wanted the detailed notes that I can pass to the next company so I don’t waste the $500+ I spent on the leak detection and what they sent was so vague I am going to have to start all over...wasted three months and over $500. Stay away unless you have all the time in the world to chase them down and be home as many times as they say they are coming and don’t show.

Did not show on time frame, with phone call then came about an hour later. BUT THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK ONCE HERE!!
They checked the entire 6 zones system, adjusted what was usable and adjustable, then replace numerous sprinkler heads, a rotor, and 2 valves. They then revewed the whole system, made all necessary adjustment and made sure the system was working fine. They spent a good amount of time as the replaced parts were overrun by tree roots, etc..
Gave a military discount.
I have already recommended them to a neighbor and plan on using them whenever I have any further problems.

Called to setup an appointment and was able to talk to someone quickly and explain my problem. The reps was able to provide me some details on how they worked and the costs associated with performing leak detection on a swimming pool, so I setup an appointment. The leak detector Randy showed up on time and was open about the process and how he would proceed with testing. About 1/2 or 3/4 quarters through with his testing he found the leak and then proceed to ask me if I would like for him to test the remaining plumbing line and how long it would take or to stop testing in order to save me some money. Given he just needed about minimal time I let him finish but really like to honestly he provided as he could have easily not told me and finished testing anyhow. Once finished he provide me repair options for me.

Fantastic experience. they came when they said they would. They explained everything they were going to do and when they were going to do. They also came back to make sure everything was installed correctly and checked to see if I had any questions in person. I would recommend them to anyone else!

Went great. Diagnosed the problem quickly (bad master valve) and replaced it. Tuned up the system and everything works like it should.

Tony from H30 Water Systems provided great customer service! This appointment was really a coaching session. Tony took his time in explaining everything - extremely knowledgable. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into getting something I really didn't need or want (my experience with pool services in the past). Tony's awesome and I totally recommend his expertise!

The crew arrived punctually and installed a drip irrigation system in four separate flower beds. The configuration of my yard made running lines under my driveway a cost-prohibitive proposition, so they installed three "zones" where I could connect a garden hose from a faucet to each zone. To do this, they came up with a creative device that connected the zones to the hose. All I have to do is connect the hose to the device and to a zone and turn on the water. The device has a filter and a pressure regulator built in. I am very pleased with their work, and there is no more standing in the summer heat to hand-water the flower beds. Thank you, H3O!
