Will and his Moving team were exceptionally professional and top-notch. They arrived early, didn’t charge for waiting for our pods to be delivered, and we were also able to use the time between pods to assemble furniture and other items without any additional cost. Considering that I’ve had to move four times in the last three years, out of the eight moving teams I’ve encountered, Two Step Moving Company has emerged as the most outstanding.

Highly recommend Two Step Moving Company! Will and his team were so kind. They move fast but very calculated and careful with your belongings. These guys are beasts! We moved from an upstairs apartment to a two story house where most of the big furniture had to be hauled downstairs and then upstairs and they made it look easy! They were able to do the job and our end price was lower than what was quoted. Also, our closing date changed a couple of times. Will was super flexible with us about having to reschedule and still managed to get us moved into our home same day as closing! They really made our move so much easier and less stressful! I’ll recommend Will and his guys to anyone with moving needs big or small in the San Antonio/New Braunfels areas!

The request was followed by an email and link detailing the estimate and a painless deposit portal. Availability for my weekday move was possible and the arrival time was met. The move went extremely well, care and safety of the furniture, equipment and the surroundings were considered. The most impressive service delt with the superior space management efforts to move the goods within my very limited storage area. I was hoping not to carry the expense of an additional climate-controlled storage unit, and was overwhelmed by the effort to make everything fit in one unit.
