He talked me into getting a laminate flooring instead of the vinyl that I wanted because of having 2 dogs. His crew took way longer than planned. The flooring was a cheap quality laminate that you could not get a drop of water on or it ruined it. After some time I called him to get some more of the flooring to replace the areas that were ruined by one of my dogs. He did come out & look at it but then would not return my calls. I am assuming he couldn't find the flooring. The company that I used then to replace my floors said he probably got some cheap flooring from China & it was no longer available. I would've appreciated more INTEGRITY, hence the company's name!

Mr. Baker performed all services requested.  It was a difficult job but all was completed even with many adversities to overcome.  Throughout the job, Mr. Baker continued to be focused on customer satisfaction and getting the job done to the best of the circumstances at hand. I appreciated his honesty and would use him again.
