"I greatly appreciate this review. We truly strive to give our best at excellence, integrity and quality. I hate to see the "C" review for price. We try to be as competitive as possible with pricing without compromising quality in material and workmanship. Hopefully, if my price was in comparison of "apples to apples" in the use of #1 quality material, the use of heavier strength materials, real foundation requirements, quality of fully custom building built with the nicest, most quality finished look than any other metal builder out there, or being fully insured, then I happened to be higher to someone with the same abilities but less overhead. Our material prices are higher due to heaviness and quality, but our labor prices are in line with most others, even considering the extra mile we go in finishing out a quality product. "I was very unhappy to hear such a review of my company. Some of these things were never presented to me until this review. The only sloppy clean up was a couple of small pieces of stray insulation in the top of a 7' bush that was easily and unfortunately overlooked. It was immediately taken care of. My price was stated up front and never changed and was extremely competitive. We told the member it would take a week or so for material to get ordered and that we would start as soon as we finished the job we were on (which was sooner than expected). We did add a shingle removal at his request which was given to him at cost! I made no money in two days of shingle removal and re-felting to help him afford it. It was done as a courtesy. I believe his intentions were to get money back through intimidation. In the end I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I made every attempt possible, at what few things that were presented, to go above and beyond what was asked. That is exactly how we have always done business. We are a strictly word of mouth business and always have been. 100% of our business is from repeat and satisfied customers who are happy to pass our name along. That is how we earned his business and each and every other customer we have had. I don't think we could have been such a successful business with the longevity we have had without that respect. We never leave a customer unhappy. My regret to this report is that we just cant give out free work. Our workmanship is bar-none. There is not a company out there that surpasses our quality. I deeply regret that this situation happened but I our company goes above and beyond to ensure that our name stays reputable and we remain one of Central Texas' top companies."
