Inspection was thorough, went through some problems he found and he explained which issues were serious and which ones would be an easy fix. He found a couple of problems that we decided were too serious to move forward on the purchase. Was well worth the $275.

John found some problem areas in the home I was planning to buy. He recommended following up with the appropriate professional service providers (plumber, roofer, etc) to get a better idea of how serious the problems were and how much it would cost to get them fixed. I followed his recommendation and it ended up saving me from making a very costly mistake. Further review of the issues John identified, revealed major problems. I exercised my option and terminated the contract to purchase the home.
