The first time he came out he installed a thermostat. However, he didn't have all of the parts that were needed so he had to make a another trip back to get the part. It is a 120 mile drive round trip. He installed the part and cleaned the AC. He left thinking the AC was working. After he left, I tried to turn on the AC and it was not functioning. I called the gentleman again to inform him wasn't working. He returned with another worker and they thoroughly inspected the unit and could not find a problem with it. They sent me a bill repeatedly to the wrong address. I called a couple of times and spoke with a lady at the office to have the address corrected. They finally sent the bill to the correct address. The men were very cordial, on time, and very professional. The didn't use crude language and were not rough in my home. They also kept me informed of what they were doing each time.
