It went badly from the start. I phoned, got a "not available" message. Left a message and didn't get a reply for 2 days.  I should have taken that as reason enough not to use them, but I was under severe time pressure to get the work done.  There are too many bad details to my experience with this bunch to list here Suffice it to say I wouldn't recommend them to friend.
