It was an AWESOME experience from start to end period. The customer service, follow up, communication, payment method, not pushy and EXTREMELY professional. They did assess the repairs based on an inspection report and the quote was just amazing and very fair, then real life experience was extraordinary. The job was performed on time, very professionally completed, they did utilize to top quality products, follow up with pictures before/after and they went above and beyond expectations, and end it up doing more things that needed at no extra cost. They guarantee the job with not hesitation! Definitely you MUST go with them! I gave them 5 stars, but I believe they deserve to have 10 stars.

They replaced my roof in a day and a half, and I was so impressed with the outcome. I would recommend Daniel and his team for all your roofing needs. TEXAS PRIME ROOFING is a great company if you are looking to hire a roofing company. I can only testify to their work on the fascia boards around the edge of the roof. However, I was very impressed with their professionalization and their work. They bid the job for four days and finished in two and a half.

He (the foreman) was very good at explaining everything I asked, and I stood outside watching them (the roofers) as they did the whole job. I wanted to know some reasons for some things and he described the rationale for what was done. I had some additional requests and he complied without charge.

Texas Prime Roofing contacted me and showed up quickly for an inspection of the roof. After meeting with 3 vendors in 2 days, I chose TPR because of the Field Manager. He explained what they would do to fix my problems and they could do it within 2 days. I went with them and received a proposal via e mail the same day. It was extremely professional and I was contacted by management in the home office asking if everything went according to plan. It did and Daniel went the extra mile caulking nail heads that needed it. I was most impressed when he walked over and picked up some shingles off of the ground and showed me why and what they did to fix my problem. Their price was reasonable and their attention to detail was beyond what I've experienced from vendors on HomeAdvisor. Outstanding job and I will use them on all my roof work/replacement in the future.
