DO NOT HIRE THESE LIARS! Their service is total trash! Wished Yelp would give a choice for negative stars! Absolute garbage for a company that has been in business for as long as they say they have been! This is a classic example of when a company gets too big and all they care about is quantity and careless about quality or their customers! Save you money and headaches go with someone else! These negative reviews on here are spot on especially they one where the crews are negligent. They knock over my brick around my flower beds and just leave them, they refuse to pick up any trash and just mow over it. I keep my yard clean but there are times stuff blows on the yard and I'm not here to pick up before they arrive. 3/20/18 - Update, WOW the front office people are flat out A**H****, especially Connie, RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! These folks have no clue about customer service. The first cut was a disaster, second cut no one showed up and the crew lied and said they did cut. They had to send out a supervisor to confirm that I wasn't lying about no one showing up to cut, even though we were home all day. Then, Connie said they could only refund $67 out of the $112, due to the fact they only cut my yard once and they couldn't just charge a one time cut fee of $28. So let me get this straight, you came and cut and did a terrible job, you lied and SAID you cut a second time and didn't and now that I don't want your company on my property your going to charge me extra for a one time cut. WOW! Well, with a promise to file with the BBB the full $84(3 cuts at $28) was refunded. They only care about the money and everything else second. It shouldn't be this much trouble to get a refund when a company doesn't delivery on what they say, period! Now to top all this off, Connie informed me they will never cut my yard again and pretty much hung up on me! Mr. Christophe Merriam you better pay more attention to how your folks handle business, your not to big to fail, but you may not even get a crap. I will be putting the word out EVER CHANCE I get, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! P.S. - I had to call back and let them know that my CC on file was no good any more and Connie refused to speak with me. These people are like two year olds.

Econocuts provide bi-monthly lawn service in the Winter months and weekly service in the Summer months. They never inform us of the days of the winter schedule which are different than their weekly service. Most of the Winter I end up paying them full price for mowing half my yard because our back gate is locked to protect our home and dogs. They showed up to mow the grass a couple of weeks ago shorty after a big rain. I was home and they had missed mowing my back yard for a month so I opened the gate to allow them entrance. They brought in their heavy equipment to mow our lawn and left huge mud trenches in the back yard, that my dogs are walking in and still tracking into my house today; two weeks later. Additionally, when they left, they left a gate open. My two dogs got out and were almost hit by a car. I called and cancelled my service at that time.
Unfortunately, I'm still feeling the repercussions of their work. They made no apologies when I called and didn't make any effort to try and rectify what they had done to my yard. In the summer time, their work was equally poor. They often mowed the grass in the direction of my home and detached garage leaving fresh cut grass on the white garage siding and brick of my house. When they blew the patio, they would leave debris all over my patio table and furniture. I would not recommend this company to anyone at anytime. The work the perform is sub-par at best.

I use a company called Econocuts. They come out every week. There are four guys that come to do the work. They take away the debris. They don't always come out when it rains but they do come out after.

They only cut the area with commercial size mower which a residence does not support, and weed eater was used for 50% of the actual mow. The team does maintain a routine schedule for they arrive on Saturday between 9-5, yet desire that you remove any items within the yards for they will be forced to cut around it. a team member will arrive on a bike with an edger then within 15 - 30 minutes later two other arrive and begin to mow and blow the yard. The team that serviced my home had only one team member whom spoke English. When departing, may forget to close secure your gate or remove grass clipping from your pool. If, you have a complaint your must call the office and the standard address is we sorry for the problem and we will make a note of it.
Granted the price was cheap and so, I got only a mow, edge ,and blow. It cost more to receive professional, that dress the role and represent the business. who can hold a direct conversation with on the site. And remember the customer is important.

They do their job, quickly, efficiently, and conscientiously. I've known people who use other providers who have occasional problems. We've never had a problem in 10 years, and have recommended them to friends who also report good results. I just take them for granted now. I come home to find my yard mowed, edges trimmed, and walkway and driveway clean.

We're on a weekly mow/trim/blow schedule with Econocuts. They do a nice job every time they come, and they're very fast--about 10 minutes to do our front and back yards. They're also careful to close our gate after they leave so the dogs won't get out .
The only thing I'd like them to improve is communication if they're not going to be on schedule due to weather or something else. A mass text or email to customers stating that Saturday's work will be done Sunday or that they've quit for the day would be nice.

I have been using Econocuts since September and have found they are very dependable and have one of the best prices out there. From the first time I called I got great professional service on the phone and haven't had to worry since. They bill me monthly but always call to confirm the next months bill. I don't have any complaints. The crew that comes to do the lawn is in and out quickly and professionally. I like not having to worry about calling them or wondering if they will show up.

On the day the job was supposed to start (thursday - April 4) I called them about 10:30am asking if they were showing up that day. Josh rolled right to voicemail so I contacted Tony and he seemed oblivious to the fact they were supposed to be there and asked if i called Josh to which i responded yes but it rolled right to voicemail. He said he'd try to contact him and get back to me. Tony called back about an hour later and informed me they needed to reschedule the job to monday.
My wife and I had each scheduled a vacation day (our employers require pre-approval for vacation) to be there on thursday and friday and it was too late to schedule time on monday/tuesday for us so i informed him we wouldn't be home but they could do the work at this time, we also scheduled the lawn reseed/leveling of the yard for wednesday at which point we agreed he would be paid on wednesday. Tuesday evening as i'm driving home from work i received a call from Tony asking why noone was home to pay the job manager upon completion at what point i reminded him they were supposed to reseed/level the yard on wednesday and we had agreed i would pay him for all of it at that time and that i had informed him i wouldn't be home monday/tuesday. He said they had problems that day and would need to reschedule the reseed to saturday or later and he would call me back.
I arrived home to discover half of my house in darkness and my garage door not functional. Apparently they popped the circut breakers when using their equipment and noone had bothered to inform me of this. Tony called me the next day to re-reschedule the reseed job and schedule the pickup of payment for the fence and he said he would come by wednesday evening to pick up the payment for the fence and he'd let me know what the schedule looked like. A couple of hours later he called me at work and rescheduled the pick up of the payment to 6am thursday. At this point i cancelled the reseed portion of the job and he immediately responded oh we were going to do that tomorrow. I told him I would see him at 6am to give him his money for the fence but to cancel the reseed/level of the yard. I will never use this company again. I don't know if his business is growing faster than he can manage but I can tell you from my perspective he is managing it poorly.

Did adequate job mowing. Had to call multiple times because crew that serviced my yard would continually 'scalp' the grass when edging around my beds. Ultimately the size of my beds kept increasing because of their poor edging with the weedeater.When I called regarding my issues, they would send out a supervisor, but it always took multiple phone calls to get issues resolved. I discontinued service, because I found myself calling too often to check on late/missing service dates, sloppy edging, and or billing issues. I didn't like 'supervising' the lawn service to such a degree
