They seem to be fair and honest. I trust him. We went on vacation in July and we were going to drive the car kinda far. He's always really good.

Mr. and Mrs. Biggers are wonderful people!  They treated us like old friends as we sat in their office with them waiting for that part to be delivered.  This happened on Good Friday, traffic was bad.  We were on our way to my brother-in-law's memorial service, he was killed while riding a bike on the shoulder of the road, so we were already shaken up, and now our reliable car developed this problem.  Mrs. Biggers had been on the phone making Easter Sunday plans with their family.  I'm sure they would have liked to close up their fine shop earlier in the day if they could have.   For us to just pop in on them as we did, they were just as kind as they could have been.  I would use their services always, if they were closer to our home. We were so lucky to have found them!  Thank you so much for your fine hospitality, Mr. and Mrs. Biggers.  Our car has been running smoothly ever since you diagnosed the problem, Mr. Biggers, and your mechanic got the job done for us!  Thank you so much!
